The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy hours. And yes, there’s almost always a line, but that just proves how popular (and worth it) the place is. They handle the crowd well, and the wait never feels too long.

Authentic Japanese experience in the city center. This tiny Japanese supermarket gets really crowded during lunch for a reason. Incredibly delicious (and cheap!) sushi to eat in and for takeout. Nigiri from different parts of tuna (different fat content) are an absolute highlight!

The only place in Frankfurt (perhaps in Germany) where I still want to eat sushi. Great quality, not too tightly wrapped, perfectly balanced - and at an unbeatable price. The mass of visitors speaks for itself. Towards closing time, there's not much choice, but I think that's a good thing to avoid wastage. If you're open, you can still get something 30 minutes before.
OMG this used to be my hole-in-the-wall sushi place back in the day. This place has blown up since, good for them. I'm back, sushi is still amazing, but have to deal with the line of people now.

I recently discovered a hidden gem in Frankfurt, an authentic Japanese sushi take-away shop that truly transports you to Japan with its mouthwatering offerings. If you're tired of the westernized sushi options in the city, this is the place to be.
From the moment you step inside, you can feel the genuine Japanese ambiance. The menu features a delightful array of traditional Japanese sushi rolls and nigiri, all prepared with utmost care and precision. The chefs here truly know their craft and deliver sushi that is both visually stunning and incredibly delicious.
One of the things that impressed me the most was their attention to detail. They cut the sushi rolls with precision and package them in to-go boxes, allowing you to enjoy their flavors wherever you please. It's perfect for those on the go or looking for a quick sushi fix during lunch breaks.
To complement their delectable sushi, they also offer a selection of Japanese beers, sake, and soft drinks. During my visit, I tried the Kirin beer and the Plum wine, and they were both refreshing and perfectly paired with the sushi.
The staff at this establishment are friendly, welcoming, speaks English as well.

Authentic, delicious and cheap Japanese sushi. During lunch times expect to wait up to 30-40 minutes, but it’s totally worth it!
Great place for sushi, they also have some asian food/ingredients on sale which is very convenient. Unfortunately the wait can get quite long sometimes
Amazing sushi for the price. When you enter it smells like the best sushi rice smell ever. I had the tamago-maki (slightly sweet egg), tsunamayo-maki (tuna Mayo) and the ebi-maki (shrimp) they were all delicious and the staff we friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back
This place is amazing if you like Sushi! There are really good veggie options like Wasabi-Inaris and the prices are fair ($5-10 for lunch). Highly recommend - walk down to Mainkai if you need seating as it can get busy

Superleckeres, frisches Sushi für einen günstigen Preis! Bei SuperKato findet man eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Maki. Hat man sich für Röllchen entschieden, werden sie geschnitten und in eine Box gelegt. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis!
